enormity of the speck

Has anyone wondered about how big the world is?
True, many have commented since the age of technology, the world is but a global village, what with telecommunication and all.
But, have we all been there to experience the different events taking place throughout the world?
Many a time, I wonder how much I actually am missing out on.

A baby's first birthday. A grandmother's 90th birthday bash.

A cuppa with two. A banquet held by a sultan.

The cleaner finishing up a toilet. The clinching of a big client's deal.

A new invention. A summit.

Now when I think about it, there oh-so-many things happening around us that we hardly notice. Or even think about.

What a wonderful world.
